Ordering a bed
This can be done from our online shop or emailing, phoning or visiting our workshop/showroom especially if you prefer a piece a little more bespoke. Each piece is made to order and the larger more complex styles can take upto 4-5 weeks.... If you are in a rush we can do are best to work to your deadline
Payment
This can be done through paypal, card over the phone or email, or BACS
These terms do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act, but are designed to clarify the principles and procedures of how we operate. Placing an order signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.
Delivery
Postage is shown for mainland UK... We normally will use Parcel Force TNT for heavy items. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the bed is ready to be sent. All parcels will need to be signed for, the customer must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Pink Whiskers makes every effort to dispatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Postage outside of the UK -
We ask that you contact us first for delivery costs so additional costs can be arranged we will happily ship to most countries
Returns
Goods should be inspected on receipt of delivery, and damages to be advised in writing within 3 working days of delivery, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with the carriers.
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers.
Damage & Loss in transit
Pink Whiskers does not accept liability for any delays or damages once the goods have left us and are in possession of the carriers.

Risk & Retention of title
Under normal circumstances, goods must be paid for prior to dispatch and the risk of loss, breakage and damage and all other risks shall pass to the customer when the goods have been dispatched.
Goods shall remain the property of Pink Whiskers until payment in full has been received and cleared. In the event of any default in payment the company reserves the right to reclaim the goods concerned. Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Pink Whiskers
